International Logistics Transparency
To offer you the latest fashion trends at the most competitive price, Avelira Moda operates through a direct international distribution model. This means that your products are managed and shipped directly from our distribution centers and associated warehouses located in Asia.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing time: All orders are processed and prepared from Monday to Friday within 1 to 3 business days from the purchase date. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
- Estimated delivery time for Spain: Once processing has been completed and the package has been shipped, delivery to the customer's address takes between 7 and 14 business days.
- Exceptional maximum period: In exceptional circumstances beyond our direct control (such as periods of high demand like Black Friday or Christmas, transport strikes, or random customs delays), delivery may be delayed for up to a maximum of 21 business days. If this period is exceeded, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier company, we will provide you with a tracking number by email so that you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
