Refund policy

At Avelira Moda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we adapt our terms to the consumer protection framework, offering an extended satisfaction period.

Return Period

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 30 calendar days following the physical receipt of the order at their address.

Return Conditions

For an item to be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, it must strictly meet the following requirements:

  1. The product must be completely new, unused, with all its original tags attached and in its intact original packaging.
  2. It must not show signs of washing, stains, odors, or damage resulting from careless handling.
  3. For strict hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, or products that have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from returns.

Return Procedure and Address

To initiate a return process, the customer must never send the package to the address of the original postal sender or to our administrative offices in the U.S. The mandatory procedure is as follows:

  • Send an email to contacto@aveliramoda.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service department will review the request within a maximum of 48 business hours and provide you in writing with the instructions and exact postal address of our international returns and centralized logistics center located in Asia.

Return Shipping Costs

In accordance with our commercial terms, the transportation costs for shipping the return to our international logistics warehouse in Asia shall be borne entirely by the buyer. We recommend using a registered shipping method with a tracking number, as Avelira Moda is not responsible for returns lost in international transit.

Refund Processing

Once the item has been received at our international warehouse and its optimal condition has been verified, we will notify you by email that the refund has been approved. The amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a period of 5 to 10 business days.
