To offer you the latest fashion trends at the most competitive price, Vynza Moda operates through a direct international distribution model. This means that your products are managed and shipped directly from our distribution centers and partner warehouses located in Asia.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing time: All orders are processed and prepared Monday through Friday within 1 to 3 business days from the purchase date. Orders placed during the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
- Estimated delivery time for Spain: Once processing is complete and the package has been shipped, delivery to the customer's address takes between 7 and 14 business days.
- Exceptional maximum period: In exceptional situations beyond our direct control, such as periods of high demand like Black Friday or Christmas, transportation strikes, or random customs delays, delivery may be delayed up to a maximum of 21 business days. If this period is exceeded, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
Order Tracking
Once the package has been handed over to the courier company, we will provide you with a tracking number by email so that you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
